This role requires high energy, flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and strong communication with crew and customers. The position offers immediate placement and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing North American food service company.

Formación

• High school education completed.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in food or retail.
• High energy level and ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
