Jollibee Greenville (TX) is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for a part-time or full-time permanent position in our Restaurant Operations. The successful candidate will support the Store Management Team to achieve business goals through effective operations, quality, crew management, and cost controls.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of team leadership in food/retail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader in food/retail.
• Must be able to work in varying schedules including holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, fast learner & adaptable.
• Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant GM/Store Management Team in achieving Store Business Goals through operations support.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
