Jollibee, a stable and fast-growing food service company operating in North America, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Arlington, TX. The role leads store operations, drives sales, ensures profitability, and develops the team according to our standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of fast-food management, P&L experience, and strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills. This full-time position requires flexibility with schedules, including holidays.

Qualificações

• High School diploma completed.
• At least 3 years of solid Restaurant Manager experience in Quick-Service/Fast Food.
• Full knowledge of PNL/Store Financials and Quality Standards Implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying schedules including holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve Food, Service, and Cleanliness standards targets.
• Achieve Sales targets and drive store revenue.
• Achieve Profit targets and manage costs effectively.
• Lead people: learning and development, motivation, and engagement of the store team.
• Oversee store operations administration, compliance, financial analysis, and reporting.
