Jollibee in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support store operations in a dynamic, family-spirited environment. This role may be part-time or full-time permanent, reporting to the Store Management Team and assisting in achieving business goals through quality, service, and cost controls.

The successful candidate will lead crew, drive sanitation standards, manage scheduling, and help implement packaged program operations while maintaining high energy and strong customer

Qualifications

• Completed at least high school education.
• At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail industry.
• Able to work varying work schedules and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
