KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise group, invites you to join our KFC location in Downers Grove, IL as Assistant General Manager. You will lead, train, and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining quality and safety standards.

We offer a quarterly bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within the KBP organization. Applicants should have at least 1 year of AGM experience with P&L responsibility and be 18+ with the ability to close

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
