KBP Brands, owners of KBP Foods and its KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shift teams and drive operational excellence. You will train staff, manage guest experiences, and ensure profitability across daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
