Job summary

Jollibee Union City (CA) is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our operations team. The successful candidate will support the General Manager and store management in achieving store business goals through effective execution of operations in the areas listed above.

The role requires at least 1 year of team leadership experience in food or retail, high energy, and flexibility for shifts; proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail industry or equivalent.
• High energy level; ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented, self-driven, fast learner and adaptable.
• Computer literacy in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
