Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food costs, inventory, and budgeting.
• Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and training staff.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
• A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant operations.
• Managing food inventory, ensuring that the quality and quantity of food supplies meet our restaurant's standards.
• Overseeing food costs and budgeting, maximizing profit while delivering excellent food quality.
• Hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.
• Handling escalated customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
