Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, including staff management and guest services.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and evaluate staff and manage kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of business principles, profitability drivers, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the restaurant and make final operating decisions.
• Control costs and drive sales through food, beverage, supply, labor, and utility management.
• Ensure food safety, portioning, recipes, and serving standards are met.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; provide direction to shift leaders and teams.
