Responsibilities

• Manage food inventory and ensure quality and quantity meet standards.
• Oversee food costs and budgeting to maximize profit while maintaining quality.
• Hire, onboard and train staff to ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures; handle escalated customer issues.
