You will assist the General Manager, oversee food costs, manage inventory, hire and train staff, and drive customer satisfaction and sales growth in a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food costs, inventory, and budgeting.
• Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and training staff.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the General Manager in the overall management of restaurant operations.
• Managing food inventory, ensuring quality and quantity meet standards.
• Overseeing food costs and budgeting to maximize profit while delivering quality.
• Hiring, onboarding, and training new staff to ensure roles are understood.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.
• Handling escalated customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
