The role focuses on teamwork, efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of service. You will work with the team to ensure safety, cleanliness, and accurate reporting, while assisting the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, budgets, and inventory control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize service.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and drive improvements to capture opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
