Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer service.

You will supervise staff, manage orders, inventory, and reporting, while collaborating with the Restaurant Manager on hiring and process improvements. The role requires flexibility across shifts, 1+ years of restaurant management experience, and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service expectations and results.
• Understand financial reporting including analyzing profit and loss statements and act on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition.
