Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Laredo, TX. You will support daily operations and help deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

We seek a self-motivated team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include staffing, operations oversight, and maintaining health and safety standards, with training and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent and ability to provide required documents
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relationships
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Ensure health and safety inspections are met
• Set a fun, family-friendly tone in the restaurant
