Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Laredo, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and ensure friendly, fast service with quality food in a clean, welcoming environment. You will work closely with the General Manager and district leadership to maintain standards and drive guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented leaders with at least 1 year in a high-volume restaurant, flexible with weekends and holidays, and capable of coaching

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service preferred.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
Maintain day-to-day financial controls and reporting.
Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and train.
Coach, counsel and develop staff; foster teamwork.
Ensure health, safety inspections and standards are met.
