The Thumb in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager (Food Operations Support & Leadership Focus). You’ll join a leadership group to assist in daily operations, develop staff, and drive consistency across kitchen and front-of-house.

With 3+ years in restaurant leadership and a background in BBQ/high-volume service, you’ll coordinate Chef, BOH, and FOH operations, supervise training, and help manage purchasing and scheduling while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong BBQ or high-volume food service background.
• Experience coordinating Chef, BOH, and FOH operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef and General Manager in day-to-day kitchen and service operations.
• Assist with food production, prep quality, and consistency.
• Help lead and develop both BOH and FOH staff through training and motivation.
