Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations with the Restaurant Manager.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure proper staffing and labor control.
• Lead during high-volume periods while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure high-quality food and guest service; manage inventory.
• Assist with paperwork, banking, and administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Assist in reviewing profit and loss statements and meeting sales goals.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues related to food quality or service.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
