Circle K is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Austin, TX, to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and team supervision. The RAM leads and coaches team members, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

You will partner with the management team to uphold food safety, quality, and operational metrics, while overseeing shift tasks and training new staff. This role requires flexibility across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties; assigns shift duties and follows up to ensure completion.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations; coaches team on guidelines for food prep and production.
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end of shift paperwork and communicates discrepancies.
• In RM absence, RAM completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork, counts, orders, and other admin duties.
• Guarantees a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes.
• Completes incident reports per policy.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
