Job summary

Burger King Atmore is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations alongside the General Manager. You’ll drive profitability, guest service, and team performance in a hands-on leadership role with real ownership and a clear path for advancement.

You’ll mentor shifts, manage inventory, vendor relations, cash handling, and coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of P&L interpretation and its impact on profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
• Place and receive vendor orders and maintain restaurant asset records.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct efficient, on-standard product preparation and speed of service.
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in as needed.
