McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Michigan to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead key internal functions, train staff, manage food safety and inventories, and drive performance across kitchen, people, and service areas.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating or developing others (or US Military service).

• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
