Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead a fast-paced team in Sinton, TX. The role focuses on delivering friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager to uphold standards, train staff, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year assistant manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Valid driver’s license with access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and reporting.
• Create, manage, and adjust staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; maintain team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment upkeep, and safety standards.
• Ensure health inspections meet required standards; foster a friendly environment.
