Job summary

Jimmy John’s in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and assist the General Manager and owners. You will train and lead the team, help manage food and labor costs, and ensure procedures are followed with 100% integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in management within the food industry.
• Must be able to work 40–50 hours per week and have open availability.
• Ability to manage food and labor costs and lead a team.
• Willing to pass assessments and become certified through Jimmy John’s in a defined time frame.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and owners with daily operations.
• Oversee in-store operations and ensure procedures are followed with integrity.
• Lead by example and train staff across roles including PIC and Delivery Driver as needed.
• Support cost controls and staffing decisions to meet store goals.
