Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and owners in daily restaurant operations. You will train and work with the team, helping manage food and labor costs and maintain high store standards.

Open availability is required, with 40–50 hour weeks, day and night shifts, and a path to certification through Jimmy John's. Prior management in the food industry is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and meet the age requirements and experience outlined within the application.
• Prefer management experience in the food industry.
• Must pass required assessments to become CERTIFIED through Jimmy Johns.
• Must have open availability.
• Able to lift 30-40 lbs. and stand/bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager and owners in day-to-day restaurant operations and training.
• Help manage food and labor costs and oversee store procedures with integrity.
• Lead by example and ensure staff perform duties properly and efficiently.
