Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mississippi to direct restaurant operations, grow sales, ensure quality, safety, and a positive guest experience while maximizing profitability.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise shift teams, maintain brand standards, recruit and train staff, and help develop marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant operations is preferred.
• Able to lead a team and drive guest satisfaction.
