Job summary

You will supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff, assign tasks, manage inventory, and reconcile cash across shifts.

In the absence of the General Manager, you’ll handle financial results, staff development, and policy compliance, while recruiting, training, and evaluating performance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality food, service and sanitation.
• Supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff; assign daily tasks.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain appropriate levels.
• Reconcile cash registers at open and close of shifts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide coaching, counselling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead staff meetings and communicate objectives with GM and team.
