This role involves coordinating hiring, onboarding, training new staff, resolving internal conflicts, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion
• Oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
• Assist in delegating responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
• Assist in resolving internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved
• Correctly manage and assist team in completing opening or closing duties
