Responsibilities include recruiting and training crew, coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a focus on guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth as locations expand.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and dependability are essential.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Numeracy and financial management skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Minimum age of 19 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by fostering respect, coaching and feedback.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Support development of team members through cross training and delegation.
• Hold guests as priority and model exceptional guest service.
• Ensure brand standards, quality, cleanliness and training compliance.
• Drive sales, control labor and food costs, and promote safety.
