Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead staff, manage processes, and drive sales while enhancing customer satisfaction. You will execute strategies, supervise operations, and support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million or more.
• Experience deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition.
