Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant management experience.
• 1+ year managing operations with annual sales > $1M.
• 1+ year budgeting and P&L experience.
• 1+ year supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and follow food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through accurate ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, and cash integrity.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare and package customer orders promptly.
• Monitor financial reporting, analyze P&L, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support talent acquisition efforts with the Restaurant Manager.
