Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• 1+ years affecting budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and manage daily restaurant operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to meet service standards.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and act on opportunities to improve results.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition and staffing.
