Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead staff, manage day-to-day operations, and execute strategies that boost sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure safety, quality, and service standards are met across all shifts.

Ideal candidates bring experience in restaurant operations, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.
• Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting changes to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.
