Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise front counter to ensure quality service and train staff.
• Lead meetings with team to plan and review operations.
• Develop and maintain sales using local store marketing.
• Monitor utilities and costs; analyze profits and losses to take action.
• Prepare labor schedules and adjust for volume.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits.
• Ensure safety and health compliance; maintain clean image.
• Maintain personnel files and post required posters.
• Perform administrative paperwork.
