Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations and coordinate with GM for improvements.
• Manage shifts, staffing decisions, and ensure standards, quality, and cleanliness.
• Enforce food safety practices and proper sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Respond to guest feedback and social media comments; maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Assist in vendor relationships and day-of SOPs (opening/closing procedures, cash counts).
• Mentor and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and training under GM guidance.
