Local Food Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Overland Restaurant & Pub in Gardnerville, NV. You will oversee daily shift operations, manage staffing, and work with the GM to achieve financial goals while maintaining top guest service and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• RLFG Train the Trainer certifications.
• Familiar with Local Food Group SOPs and standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations and coordinate with GM for improvements.
• Manage shifts, staffing decisions, and ensure standards, quality, and cleanliness.
• Enforce food safety practices and proper sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Respond to guest feedback and social media comments; maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Assist in vendor relationships and day-of SOPs (opening/closing procedures, cash counts).
• Mentor and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and training under GM guidance.
