Job summary

Local Food Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Great Basin Brewing Company location in Minden, NV. You will oversee daily shift operations, work with the General Manager to identify improvements, and ensure financial reporting and compliance with company policies.

You will promote sanitary food handling, maintain guest satisfaction, and lead a team across BOH/FOH functions while coordinating with vendors and the GM to drive profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate many activities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (weekends, days, nights, holidays).
• Knowledge of RLFG Train the Trainer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations and report to GM on improvements.
• Assist GM in achieving financial goals via operational performance and proper financial reporting.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and dining areas.
• Ensure guest service is positive and responsive to complaints and comments.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and SOPs, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain staff records, training, and brand SOP adherence.
• Support community involvement and vendor relationships to promote the brand.
