You will oversee strategic planning, budgeting, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration to scale growth and optimize efficiency. The role requires 5–10 years of general management with multi-unit leadership, a track record of managing $30M+ revenue, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of general management experience with multi-unit leadership.
• Extensive full-service GM and/or multi-unit experience with $30M+ revenue.
• Direct experience overseeing a group of restaurants with different outlets/concepts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, results-driven professional.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve objectives, including expansion and growth.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgeting/forecasting and maximize profitability.
• Operational Oversight: Lead day-to-day operations and drive efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Direct management teams, drive recruitment, and foster collaboration.
• Guest Service Experience: Uphold high guest service standards and address concerns.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
• Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate on campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
