Job summary

The role reports to the General Manager and requires leadership, hands-on supervision, and strong communication. This is a fast-paced, hospitality environment with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience in supervising and training staff, including safety training.

• Works effectively with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel; general knowledge of computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Own Shift Operations and deliver shift execution.
• Open and close restaurant; manage working during shifts.
• Complete daily checklists and use tools for high-performing shifts.
• Monitor daily cash management and guest interactions.
• Lead culture, service model, and core values during each shift.
• Ensure safety and security during shift.
• Support team member development and training.
• Assist with recruiting through screening/interviews.
• Manage labor during shifts and queue time.
• Control food cost, waste and inventory during shifts.
• Assist with ordering and inventory management.
