Freddy’s is seeking a Restaurant Operating Partner to lead all aspects of restaurant operations with an ownership mindset. You’ll oversee team development, hiring, training, and financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll build strong teams, drive sales growth, and manage operations to ensure Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness are consistently met. This role requires leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to Freddy’s brand values

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and employ a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long periods.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Available for varied shifts including one closing shift per week.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Must pass background check and ERC training.
• ANSI Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to uphold Freddy’s Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness
• Provide exceptional guest service and lead by example
• Prepare and serve Freddy’s steakburgers and custard
• Uphold ERC policy and core pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality
• Ensure food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards are met
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues
• Lead training, coaching, and performance discussions with team
• Support coworkers with dignity and respect
• Adopt a leadership mindset and coach across shifts
• Handle daily administrative duties like scheduling and inventory
• Drive sales growth and team member retention
• Take on other duties within the scope of the role
