Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, operated by JRI Hospitality, seeks a Restaurant Operating Partner to lead the restaurant, hire and mentor staff, and drive Sales and guest satisfaction. You will oversee financial, labor, and hospitality operations to ensure a superior guest experience.

Ideal candidates have restaurant/hospitality management experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to work days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to build a team, then mentor the team to ensure their success.
• Ability to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in financial statements, inventory, staff scheduling, and guest relations is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as Restaurant Operating Partner, coaching and developing team members and managers.
• Hire, train and develop staff that embody Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality culture.
• Set the tone for the restaurant to drive sales, guest satisfaction, safety and cleanliness.
• Manage KPIs such as sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, labor and food costs.
