Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Operating Partner (ROP) to lead a Freddy’s-branded location. You’ll coach and develop team members, own the restaurant’s operational and financial performance, and ensure guest satisfaction through hospitality excellence.

As a key leader, you’ll hire, train, and motivate staff, manage scheduling and inventory, uphold cleanliness and safety, and drive sales while maintaining profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
• Ability to build and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience with financial statements, inventory and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant team to meet KPIs.
• Hire, train, and coach staff.
• Oversee operations, labor costs, hospitality, cleanliness and safety.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Collaborate with regional director and Freddy's/JRI teams.
