Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Operating Partner to lead one of our Freddy’s/Friedy’s branded locations in Texas. You will coach and develop team members, manage operations and financials, and drive KPIs to ensure restaurant success and guest satisfaction.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff, uphold our hospitality culture, and partner with regional leadership to grow within the company. A focus on teamwork and adaptability across shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to build a team, then mentor the team to ensure their success.
• Ability to work a variety of hours including days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in financial statements, inventory, staff scheduling, and guest relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure business success and a positive guest experience.
• Hire, train, and develop team members and managers in line with Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality standards.
• Manage financials, labor, hospitality, safety, and cleanliness to drive KPIs such as sales, guest count, and profitability.

As the business leader, you have operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant (financial, labor, hospitality, etc.).In the ROP role, you will hire, train, and develop team members and managers that share the Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality culture and commitment to great food, exceptional hospitality and a relentless focus on cleanliness and safety.
