Self Opportunity, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager to oversee 7–12 QSR locations in the Kansas City market. This role focuses on developing General Managers, improving restaurant performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales, profitability, and operational standards across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading multi-location teams, strong financial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a multi-unit restaurant leadership role (e.g., Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager, District Manager)
• Current/frequent responsibility for 7–12 locations
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and strong leadership teams
• Strong financial acumen: sales, labor, food cost, and P&L management
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel regularly between locations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Salary: $80,000 Base + Performance Bonus

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations throughout the Kansas City market. This role is ideal for a proven operations leader who thrives on developing General Managers, improving restaurant performance, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across multiple locations
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance
• Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and brand expectations
• Analyze key performance metrics including sales, labor, food cost, staffing, and guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to coach leaders and identify opportunities for improvement
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top restaurant management talent
• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures
• Develop action plans that improve financial performance and operational execution
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager, District Manager, Area Coach, Area Supervisor, or similar multi-unit leadership role
• Current or recent responsibility for 7–12 restaurant locations
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and build strong leadership teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, labor, food cost, and P&L performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent restaurant leadership experience
• Experience with restaurant reporting systems, scheduling, and inventory management
• Background with high-volume national or regional restaurant brands
