Job summary

Pembroke & Co. is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee 3–5 QSR locations in a designated territory. The role blends hands-on leadership with daily operations and performance analysis to drive results.

Typical schedule is about 50 hours per week, including Sundays, holidays and weekends; responsibilities include training, hiring, budgeting, labor and food costs, guest surveys and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Quick-service restaurant experience is required.
• This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
• This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for all training initiatives within the territory.
• Assists Store Managers with hiring, disciplining, and training of crew members.
• Creates sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
• Establishes budgets and leads Store Managers to maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
• Oversees store performance; forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs.
• Cover for Store Managers’ days off, as needed.
• Support daily operations of stores, as needed.
