Job summary

Self Opportunity, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations in the Kansas City market. You will develop General Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure top guest experiences across 7–12 locations.

The role requires proven leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to travel between sites. A base salary of $75,000 plus a performance bonus is offered, with full-time employment in the Kansas City area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager or similar multi-location leadership role
• Current or recent responsibility for 7–12 restaurant locations
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and build strong leadership teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across multiple locations
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance
• Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and brand expectations
• Analyze key performance metrics including sales, labor, food cost, staffing, and guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to coach leaders and identify opportunities for improvement
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top restaurant management talent
• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures
• Develop action plans that improve financial performance and operational execution
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development

This role is ideal for a proven operations leader who thrives on developing General Managers, improving restaurant performance, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Current or recent responsibility for 7–12 restaurant locations
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and build strong leadership teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, labor, food cost, and P&L performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent restaurant leadership experience
• Experience with restaurant reporting systems, scheduling, and inventory management
• Background with high-volume national or regional restaurant brands
