Job summary

BOJ of WNC, LLC seeks a Multi Unit Leader to oversee restaurant operations across designated area. You will provide leadership toward achieving sales, profit, and growth goals, while guiding 5-6 General Managers and indirectly supporting restaurant staff.

You will enforce standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, review performance, hire and coach managers, and ensure HR compliance and training alignment across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple restaurants or units.
• Ability to drive sales, profit, and growth across locations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5-6 General Managers.
• Interviews and hires for management positions; coaches GMs.
• Ensures compliance with HR laws and safety regulations.
• Develops action plans to improve restaurant performance.
• Executes training programs and develops team members.
• Monitors financial and operating performance; implements improvements.
