Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking a Managing Partner to lead restaurant operations in a hands-on role. You will supervise front- and back-of-house teams, optimize staffing and training, and ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.

The position emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, controlling costs, and driving sales growth while maintaining a positive, community-focused atmosphere across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant employees to uphold Carrabba’s Italian Grill standards.
• Maintain staffing, training, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies.
• Oversee P&L, inventory, orders, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to guest concerns and drive sales, profitability and guest counts.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations and community involvement.
