Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill in Winchester, VA is seeking a Managing Partner to oversee all restaurant operations, both front and back of house, with direct involvement in staff leadership and customer service. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in a managerial role, prefer General Manager experience, and hold an associate or bachelor’s degree, with strong MS Office and Outlook proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience, General Manager preferred.
• Ability to lead front and back of house and manage teams.
• Strong focus on guest service, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities
