Job summary

Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse is seeking a hands-on Managing Partner to lead both Front and Back of House, drive store performance, and own results. You will set the store vision, coach a strong management team, and execute brand standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leading high-volume operations, managing labor and costs, and partnering with support teams to align training and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant General Management experience.
• Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• Strong systems focus: labor planning, inventory, cost control, and business strategy.
• Effective communicator and leader with a track record of developing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with balance of big-picture strategy and daily ops.
• Comfortable owning results and making decisions that impact sales and profitability.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hold FOH and BOH leaders accountable for sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team culture.
• Set and execute store-specific strategies that support Parry’s goals and local needs.
• Build, coach, and develop a strong management team; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, community involvement, and local marketing.
• Lead by example on the floor, build regulars, and ensure guest recovery when needed.
• Uphold Parry’s Hospitality Model and Uncommon Hospitality daily.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to align staffing with volume and goals.
• Conduct inventory, ordering, and AvT reviews to control costs and reduce waste.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and alignment across FOH and BOH teams.
• Uphold appearance, professionalism, and execution standards.
• Partner with Support Center teams to align training, systems, and initiatives.
