Job summary

Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse is seeking a Managing Partner to lead a high-volume, full-service operation in a market-driven setting. You will oversee Front and Back of House, build a strong leadership team, and drive store-specific strategies to win locally.

Key focus areas include hospitality leadership, profitability, guest experience, and talent development, with monthly profit sharing and company-supported resources to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership with GM-level responsibility.
• Proven success leading a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, labor and cost understanding.
• Track record of growing sales and improving restaurant performance.
• Experience building leadership teams and internal talent pipelines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with owner-like accountability.
• Guest-service focus with ability to motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and develop a strong restaurant leadership team across Front and Back of House.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for performance, hospitality, culture, and execution.
• Own health of the restaurant’s team by attracting, selecting, and retaining talent.
• Lead by example and reinforce Parry’s standards through coaching and follow-through.
• Drive sales growth by understanding the local market and opportunities.
• Own profitability, read the P&L, and manage labor and costs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Balance strategy with hands-on leadership during operations.
• Participate in monthly profit sharing and leverage Support Center resources.
