Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of General Management in a restaurant.
• Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• Strong systems focus: labor planning, inventory management, cost control.
• Effective communicator and leader with a track record of developing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset balancing big-picture strategy and daily ops.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hold FOH and BOH leaders accountable for sales and guest satisfaction.
• Set store-specific strategies to meet company goals and local needs.
• Build, coach and develop a strong management team.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Lead on-the-floor operations and ensure alignment across teams.
• Oversee labor planning, inventory, and cost controls.
• Uphold brand standards and Uncommon Hospitality daily.
