At Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, we create memorable dining experiences through Craveably Crafted™ Food & Beer and Uncommon Hospitality.
Our Managing Partners are the leaders of their restaurants — responsible for building strong teams, growing the business, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and creating a place where both guests and employees want to return again and again.
Parry’s restaurants are fast-paced, high-volume, and community-centered. We give our Managing Partners meaningful ownership over their business, along with the systems, resources, and Support Center partnership needed to succeed.
This is more than a traditional General Manager role. We’re looking for operators who think like owners, understand the business behind the restaurant, develop great leaders, and take pride in building something successful within their community.
Role Overview
Managing Partners are accountable for the overall performance and long-term success of their restaurant, including sales growth, profitability, guest experience, team development, and operational execution.
You’ll lead both Front and Back of House, develop the leadership team, understand the financial drivers of the business, and build store-specific strategies based on the needs of your guests, team, and local market.
Managing Partners are expected to know their business — not just what the numbers are, but why they are happening and what to do about them.
You’ll lead from the floor, build relationships with guests and the community, identify opportunities, and create action plans that move the business forward.
We provide the brand, systems, and support. We expect our Managing Partners to understand their restaurant well enough to determine how to win in their market.
Managing Partners also participate directly in the financial success of their restaurant through monthly profit sharing.
